  1. Non-accessible content
  • Map within the page https://www.gtsspa.com/it/contatti.

The interactive map on the site showing the location of the various company sites is not fully accessible to users using assistive technologies.

In particular, the map cannot be correctly interpreted by screen readers and does not allow navigation via keyboard or voice commands.

    Reason for non-compliance
The non-compliance is due to technical limitations of the mapping tool used, which does not currently guarantee full accessibility of geographical information.

    Alternative solution
However, to ensure access to the same information, the addresses and contact details of all company locations are given in text format in the boxes below the map.
In this way, content is fully usable by every user, regardless of the technology used.

  • PDF documentation

Some of the documents in PDF format published on the site do not fully comply with the accessibility requirements set out in the current legislation (EU Directive 2016/2102 and Legislative Decree 106/2018).

In particular, such files may present difficulties of use for persons using assistive technologies, due to the lack of structure of the document (absence of tags, incorrectly hierarchised titles, inconsistent reading order, images without alternative text or other inaccessible information).

    Reason for non-compliance
The non-compliance is due to the fact that, at the time of their production or publication, the PDFs were neither exported in accessible format nor checked for compliance with international accessibility standards.

    Adaptation Plan
The company is committed to making all PDF documents on the site progressively accessible.
New documents will be produced in accessible format and existing files will be replaced or corrected by 2026.
Upon request, an accessible version of non-compliant documents can be obtained by filling in the form on this page.
